Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Repair

The Victor Fire District is seeking qualified contractors to provide repair and restoration services for the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) at the Victor Fire House, 34 Maple Ave, Victor.
Work includes inspection, cleaning, repair of damaged EIFS areas, sealant replacement, and application of compatible restoration/protective coatings. An alternate bid is requested for repainting EIFS trim.

To bid or perform work on Public Works Projects, all contractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry.
