RFP to Replace Door Hardware

Victor Fire District is seeking an estimate to provide the services listed below for the Victor Fire District:

Location:

Victor Fire House, 34 Maple Avenue, Victor, NY

Services:

1. Re-keying 26 Schlage locksets (exterior and interior) with new master key system, providing 10 “do not duplicate” numbered master keys
2. Replacing 3 existing Schlage locksets (interior) with un-keyed handle, per list
3. Addition of a “pry block” panel over existing double door to prevent engaging latch from outside
4. Re-setting existing hardware of up to 25 locksets to permit exit – doors that are controlled by an electric eye currently have their hardware not engage the latch from the inside.

Buildings will be available for inspection Monday- Friday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. We request courtesy of a 24-hour notice by calling 585-924-3321.
