Instructions for Proposals
Sealed proposals will be received at the Victor Fire District, 34 Maple Ave, Victor, NY, 14564 by the Fire District Secretary for the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Victor Fire District until May 27, 2026, at 2 p.m., prevailing time, for the refurbishment of an existing utility vehicle in compliance with the specifications heretofore approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners (“Apparatus”). Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Victor Fire District, 34 Maple Ave, Victor, NY 14564 on May 27, 2026 at 2 p.m. prevailing time.
The Bid Specifications Package for the Apparatus, equipment and appliances shall be obtained from the Fire District Secretary by email: info@victorfire.com. All requests for a copy of such Specifications by email must be
received by midnight May 14, 2026, prevailing time, and include a return email address.
