Notice To Bidders
Fire Apparatus
Sealed proposals for the purchase by the Victor Fire District of a rescue pumper fire apparatus with attendant equipment and appliances (the “Apparatus”) will be received at the Victor Fire District, 34 Maple Avenue, Victor, New York 14564 until 2:00 p.m. July 2, 2025, and such bids for the apparatus will be publicly read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2025.
The Bid Specifications Package for Apparatus may be obtained from the Fire District Secretary by email: hauf.lisa@victorfire.com. All requests for a copy of such Bid Specifications Package by email must be received by 11:59 PM, June 25, prevailing time, and include a return email address.
Delivery of bids shall be as required in the Instructions to Bidders contained within such Bid Specifications Package.
A bid bond, or cash deposit consisting of a certified check payable to the order of the Victor Fire District, in the amount of at least fifteen percent (15%) of the amount bid must accompany bids submitted.
The Victor Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs.
Bids will be binding for 60 days subsequent to bid opening and subject to any conditions stated in the Bid Specifications Package.
Bidding shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bid Specifications Package therefor.
