Annual Election of the Victor Fire District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Victor Fire District will take place on December 9, 2025 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Victor Fire District Fire House located at 34 Maple Avenue, Victor, New York 14564 for the purpose of electing the following fire district officers:
One Fire Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030;
All candidates for a District Office shall be residents of the Victor Fire District, not convicted of any degree of arson and file in writing their name, the position and term they are seeking with the Secretary of the Victor Fire District, at 34 Maple Avenue, Victor, New York 14564 and received by the Fire District Secretary on or before 12 p.m. on November 19, 2025.
Any elector of the Victor Fire District who shall be registered voter with the Ontario County Board of Elections on or prior to November 14, 2025 and who shall have resided in the Victor Fire District for at least thirty days preceding such election shall be qualified to vote.
